Amy VanDerMeulen is a founder and partner of VanDerMeulen Investment Properties, a Luxury Residential Real Estate Firm. Our company primarily focuses on properties in Orange County, with Amy's focus being South Orange County where she resides. Amy attended Newport Beach's prestigious design school; Interior Designers Institute (IDI) where her passion for design and real estate led to her career into the family business, a proud 3rd generation realtor! With her design background, Amy is instrumental in assisting her clients to see the vision and potential in properties they list or buy.
Amy has had a successful career in real estate for almost 15 years. During Amy's career, she has earned the reputation of being honest, transparent, and extremely assertive in getting her clients exactly what they want. Amy prides herself on the time and patience she dedicates to her clients.
Amy was born and raised in Orange County, California and is a proud alumna of Huntington Beach High School. She knows Huntington Beach like the back of her hand. She enjoys hiking our beautiful Southern California coastal trails, traveling the world (especially her annual trip to NYC), and cooking for her friends and family. Amy is an animal advocate and passionate about charities such as the ASPCA, as well as charities servicing our military vets such as the Wounded Warrior Project.
